If you are receiving a "Product key not supported" message when attempting to use QuestSuite Professional II software with your old Quest 1900 sound level meter, it is likely that the product key provided is no longer valid or compatible with the software version you are using. In this case, you may need to contact the software vendor or manufacturer for assistance. They can provide you with a new product key or guide you on how to resolve the issue.
No, by default the software won't work on Mac because it's compatible only with Windows operating system. You can download it through the following website, then use Wine Bottler to install it on Mac, but that doesn't guarantee it will work. Secondly, you could use Parallels Desktop to install Windows and then transfer the software.
While downloading Q-400 sound data in QuestSuite Pro II, I receive the error message "Download Cancelled". Does anyone know how to fix this?

While the application is working, you will need to close down all others because it can cause corruption and functionality. Since there is no information about this error, I recommend you that while the software is working to turn off other in the background. Even a simple process can cause trouble. If you still have the installation package, install it over your current installation and it should work.
